Operational data: the factories, buyers, RFQs, quotes, samples, and quality-control records you create or manage within the platform.

Usage data: technical information such as device type, browser, and log data used to keep the service secure and reliable.

To provide and operate the platform — authenticating you, isolating your organization's data, and delivering the features you use.

To communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support requests.

To improve and secure the service, including troubleshooting, analytics, and preventing misuse.

Data isolation between organizations

Vymjay is a multi-tenant platform. Each buying office's data is isolated so that one organization can never access another organization's records. This separation is enforced at the database level through row-level security.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us run the platform (such as hosting and infrastructure), and where required by law.

Data retention and security

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, though no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting your organization's administrator or emailing us. Some requests may be subject to legal or contractual limits.
